brand story.
The Genesis of OKC AI SEO's Concierge Services
OKC AI SEO was founded by Chris Higby in 2025 after attempting to leverage AI to help with his lawn mowing and contracting businesses starting in 2022 with the launch of Chat GPT.
He quickly learned that even with his technical expertise and digital marketing experience, using AI was much more a headache than it was helpful.
While testing the latest and greatest AI tools, he learned that AI is best used for the delivery of managed SEO & GEO services and launched OKC AI SEO and its concierge service to help others get the most out of their AI experience.
Decades of Experience
Chris began programming in the early 1990s, mastering Windows, search engines, and Microsoft Office before high school. By 1997 he was coding in COBOL and RPG, and in 2001 he earned a B.S. in IT with a Business Systems Analysis certificate from RIT. His career included Salesforce.com, where he was recognized for excellence in 2004, followed by roles in web design and digital marketing. In 2012, he shifted to contracting and later launched OKC AI SEO to help solopreneurs harness AI for growth.
Unmatched
Expertise
The owner of OKC AI SEO began mastering Google rankings in 2006, building a process that hit #1 by 2010 and dominated local search results by 2026 for his lawn care and contracting businesses. Early to adopt generative search engines like ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini, he learned to secure mentions and citations across LLMs. OKC AI SEO now offers a concierge service helping solopreneurs and small businesses save time and money with managed SEO and GEO solutions.
A Process
You Can Trust
From typing commands on a Commodore 64 to prompting AI tools for SEO and GEO, one truth remains: garbage in, garbage out. The owner of OKC AI SEO has built trusted processes that eliminate noise and deliver results beyond the “AI slop” we’ve come to expect. With a unique blend of AI‑powered, human‑monitored concierge services, OKC AI SEO helps businesses stand out, boost brand exposure, and convert leads into sales.
